To come up with ID design proposal and 3D perspective in Phase 2B, Wetlands Estates. The objective is to give visitors a "walk through" experience and permits them to visualize and give better perspective of the space. The target user for this unit is made for nuclear family, hence a mature ambience are preferred.

Based on the overall concept of country home, this unit highlighted the importance of visual connection between human and nature. The design principles includes simplicity, horizontal lines, using natural materials, open concept plan, large windows opening and a timeless interior.

One of the challenges is to maintain the seamless connection between the nature and indoor interior while at the same time, maintaining privacy. To achieve this, existing elements inside the unit such as the 2m height privacy wall and a courtyard area are incorporated into the overall design.
